Dunwoody Place Apartments

Last summer when I applied for an apartment, Tonya seemed willing to help however, she gave me the run around. Background check was done and I was approved but then she kept giving me excuses putting me off for two almost three months. I finally got tired of waiting for an apartment that was suppose to come available and never did. So disappointed that she took my $50 for the application and did not rent an apartment to me. It was probably for the best. There were so many major issues with the complex every time I visited because she did not return my calls. The whole ordeal was frustrating because I never ever was given the run-around before. Usually I can rent with no problem and for a very very long time. I remained patient and professional while waiting for her to tell me when I could move in the apartment. Then she said that one wasn't ready but she had another one that would be available soon but the tenant had not moved out when they should so she was still waiting. Not professional at all. Not a good character at at all. I didn't deserve that treatment. Then after all that said I was just under the requirement for rent and did I have any additional income. But, wait you just told be about two apartments that were suppose to be available! So mean-spirited to do that to me. By the way I received two additional raises from work and I don't have credit cards or a car payment. So I made enough to pay the rent. Like I was saying before, it's good it did not work out. I want out their business but the issues they were having every time I visited the property. Let's just say it was a good thing I was dropping by in person otherwise I wouldn't have known those things! They were red flags and Tonya not renting to me, looking back now, actually saved me a lot of headaches. I am a good tenant and one landlords dream. It's just me. No pets and no drama. I work hard and I keep to myself.
