Proveer at Byrd Springs

My mom and stepdad moved into Proveer about 2 months ago. It has been an adjustment for them as they are used to living on their own. The staff has been wonderful. Loving on them and making them feel very special as they do with all the residents. The nursing staff is amazing. The techs are the best. They treat my mom and stepdad like family. My mother-in-law has been a resident since last July and they are great to her also. We can lay our head down at night and know they are not only taken care of but truly loved. LeighAnn (the administrator) and Louise (the DON) are always very helpful and communicate well with us. Renee is an amazing Activities Director and keeps everyone busy and engaged. We could not be happier that my mom, stepdad and mother-in-law are so well cared for.

We moved my 90 year old mother into Proveer about seven weeks ago, after living by herself. I was worried about how she would adapt to her new home. She really enjoys living there! She has made several new friends, gets lots of attention from the staff, and loves all of the meals!

My brother and I moved my mom into Proveer at the end of February and are very pleased with the facility and staff. The staff are wonderful to work with and Jennifer Goff has been very helpful!

Awesome maintenance guy (Jason) that works there. Before moving a loved one to the facility, make extra sure you understand EVERYTHING that you're required to sign.

I just had to take the time out of my day to write this review. Summerhouse Byrd Springs is a wonderful assisted living community. The staff is so nice and absolutely love their residents like family!
