I am definitely disappointed in this shop, and especially with Matt, he repaired my work van and everything went well, but I told him about my other car that needs repair and I explained everything it needs, and he agreed to repair it, we scheduled a day to take the car to the workshop and I accepted, in fact I called him days before to confirm and he told me that everything was the same, today February 28th I took it early I hired a tow truck to tow the car, and when I got to the workshop he went crazy as if I would have never talked to him, I thought he was joking but no, he told me that I couldn't take it to another shop, he made me waste my time, I paid the tow truck service, and unfortunately I wasted my time, he thought maybe it's a lot of work But I don't mind paying whatever is necessary to repair it, in short, a man has no word of honor.

Matt is an awesome human being! I brought my car at 7am and they had it done by 11am same day. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was great to drive. Their pricing is also honest and fair. More than recommended!

Spoke with Mack in regards to a bad AAA battery that installed through United Auto Care/ Towing 4 months ago. I let him know I was given there shop information to have replaced under warranty. He was rude and dismissive. I asked to leave a message for the owner or higher management. He refused to take my info. You all need to fire Mack
