Great folks. Tops in customer service. They are our go to for anything automotive. Their diagnostic skills are top notch as are their repairs. And their repair costs are very reasonable. We wouldn't take our cars to anyone else.

Amazing service, I was traveling through the state and my alternator started going out, I called them to explain my situation that i was under a huge time crunch to get to my destination. They told me to come over immediately, I brought my truck in and they got it in the shop within 15 minutes to start diagnosing the issue to get me back on the road. Extremely well kept facilities and all of the personnel was a very personable. I highly recommend bringing all of your automobile service needs to this company. Service: Electrical

Never called me back for a tow. If you're too busy just say so. Don't create an expectation of a return phone call.
Reply to response from owner (owner response now deleted): I am certain that I have the right place. I was referred to you all by Huntsville Automotive since they are only working on European cars now. I spoke with a lady that told me that someone would call me about towing my nephew's Chevy Impala and that you all wouldn't be able to work on the car until after Christmas because you were terribly busy (which I understood). Yes I definitely have the right shop.
