Regions Bank

We have a buisness account and several other accounts with regions and not only do they not allow you to use a restroom,we have twice tried to het things notarized and they refused. We also took out a large sum of money and we got a call from the branch manager that wanted to know what we were doing with our money. We will be changing banks soon!

I chose this sorry bank because a good customer of mine recommended me to this bank. There is only 1 person in this bank worth keeping and she is Asian. I deposited a check that Regions decided to put a hold on and gave me paperwork to say it will be released on February 7th. Today is February 7th and the money is not there. I stopped by and asked why it says the money will be released on the 7th if in fact it won't be released until the 8th. The rude black woman informed me that if I knew how to read It clearly says that the money will be available the next day after the release date. What a joke of a bank. I will be finding another place to store my money. By the way your reviews on Google are terrible, for a reason. I guess management don't know how to read or just don't care to.

I've been banking with Amsouth/Regions for over 30 years. This branch is the worst I've ever seen. Occasionally I've taken coins in to deposit and gotten a disgusted response. Today I stopped by for some coin rolls and let them know I have accounts. She gave me five and said dollar general sells them. I'm very upset.
