I had an appt here today and ending up leaving due to being told it would be a long wait. If you schedule an appt, you should be seen within an decent time frame of your appt. I was told making an appt at 8:30 would be ideal then 10:30 because the doctor likes to be thorough with each patient. As much as I would like the doctor to be thorough with myself an others, then don't schedule an appt where enough time isn't given. I understand everyone is being seen for different concerns, but no one should have to wait more than 30 mins, or so longer than the appt time given. If that is the case then let the patient know when they check-in, so they can decide if they want to reschedule. I was seeking for a primary care physician now that we reside here. I will be seeking elsewhere, where my time and others aren't waisted. New patient and very disappointing service. I don't recommend this office.

Wish I could give zero stars. Charged my insurance company for a referral visit but never sent in the referral. I plan to report this as insurance fraud. This place needs to close its doors. Sad!!!
