        Car was lovely as always..just not cleaned properly. Wind shield wipers need changing. Service was 5 stars and very quickly executed at the counter.

        Some of the worst customer service I received, ever. Was basically told that, "yes, we have your car, but you can't have it" because my reservation was finalized 12 minutes after midnight. I had to change my reservation to the next day in order to get a car. Made absolutely no sense at all.
