        I have a great experience with Jordan and Joey they deserve a promotion the community was great respectful and they will definitely get a good review from me Im show going to send business their way Im switching my phone company also thanks to them I really appreciate them they get 5 stars from me

        Most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a customer service rep. I went into the store looking to get two of my devices activated and a number transferred on a third device, Jordan assisted me and was very quick and professional. When it came to the number transfer Jordan informed me that the number we needed transferred was from a prepay device and could not be transferred, upset I turned to my boyfriend to vent my feelings and a representative named Aubrey stopped assisting her costumers to come over and tell me if I had a problem I could keep calling costumer service and see if that would work. I let her know her attitude was uncalled for and she continued to make nasty comments towards me until I left the store. Im 5 months pregnant and this was extremely stressful and put me into tears. This was my very first time in an AT&T store and Im not sure Im going to continue the service.
