        Staff were very informative on the process. Doctor was careful in the assessment of my condition requesting an X-ray before treatment and a second opinion of an orthopedic doctor based on the X-rays. Some treatment was applied loosening and stretching the back. Felt better afterwards. Will continue treatment as directed. Pleased with the services. Plan to continue services. Kind and courteous. Great atmosphere.

        Today I went to the Whitesburg location, which was my first visit and I cant wait to go back ! Customer service was absolutely amazing from the receptionist to both of the doctors. I lowkey have social anxiety in new places however when I went to the back Dr.Cundy made sure my first experience was nothing but the best one! I also feel amazing head to toe. Dont hesitate Highly recommend.

        This is the first time Ive had a chiropractor or really a doctor of any kind look at my health history then look at me and ask if I have EDS. I dont have a confirmed diagnosis since finding a physician that knows about EDS and will diagnose my hypermobility is difficult, but because Im hypermobile that matters during an adjustment. Dr Hayden listened to my previous Chiro experiences and I walked away with an adjustment that feels good. Im a nurse and my body feeling well is a requirement to perform my job well. Im glad I walked in!

        Went to my first chiropractor appointment at The Joint Chiropractor on Whitesburg Dr in Huntsville. Very thorough and caring. Dr Joy took a lot of time to explain the services and did my first treatment. Follow-up personal call to me the next day by Dr. Joy was an full service touch!
