        It's messed up that when you purchase a final sale item you can't return it for a STORE CREDIT. So Forever 21 just take people money when it does not work out for us, we can't do NOTHING ABOUT IT REALLY...y'all would rather lose customers than to make it right with us & keep us as a returning customer, a lot of your clothes don't even have final sales on them so how do we know that it's a final sale before we purchase it? Final sale is NOT on the tags. LABLE IT FINAL or allow us to have a STORE CREDIT. If y'all REALLY VALUED y'all customers you would do store credit.I understand swim wear and under wear.it's a win win for the company and a oh well on the customer end. PEOPLE DO NOT SHOP WHERE YOU'RE NOT VALUED.
