I love working with PCS - I run a video production company in the huntsville area and I've recommended PCS to my friends, family and clients from the start. I've known the owner for years and hold him in high regards as a professional and a good person - He has always kept his word to me and every client that I've referred to him. You can bet that on my next studio upgrade, I'll be calling PCS. Highly recommend for all your IT needs!

Preferred Computer Services installed all of my computers and hardware for my office over a year ago. They also installed my phone lines as well and monitor and service my systems. I got multiple quotes before choosing them and not only were they more reasonable than all the other providers the service I have received over the past year has been incredible. Tl;Dr PCS has excellent, reliable phone service for the right price for a small business! We've been using PCS for about six months now for my phone service. They're highly responsive to my needs when something (like the weather) happens. More importantly, and what you as a business might want to know, is the phone service itself is phenomenal. When I opened, we had land lines through a national company you'd recognize. I switched to a different national provider due to missed calls because of limits. This provider had so many problems where calls were dropped that by 6 months with them I had called at least 6 times about it to fix the problem. We also completely lost our ability to fax, in spite of assurances to the contrary. Then I found PCS. At first, I was hesitant. I'm used to not liking a national service, but I was worried I might not like this one too. I decided to try it anyway. The price was phenomenal, and we would have the number of loves we needed, and hopefully a useable fax. What I got? I've not dropped calls, my fax machine works, I can transfer calls to my cell phone, and we can see calls from our portal on the website. Not only that, but I have control of many things within the system that I didn't before, for example, if my office manager is out sick, I can move where the phone rings to another desk. Or answer from a computer. I can block calls to the phones from my portal. All that, and my phones are awesome, plus the price was well within what I feel I should be paying for an office of my size. If you've not given them a chance to give you a quote, or are hesitant to use them, give them a chance. As a CPA, who needs to be able to make and keep calls, this is the service and reliability I need.
