Usually when you go inside any Ulta location, you are greeted by someone and a number of people asking you need help finding anything. When I went in today, not a single person asked if I needed help or even acknowledge that I was in the store and I was in there for almost a hour.

This has nothing to go with the Bob Wallace location at all they have always been great. It's Ulta beauty reward/point system in general and their guest services. I recently purchased a perfume online because I noticed I had rewards worth $125. I was excited because I spend lots of money with Ulta to stay at diamond status. Well the perfume was $113 plus tax almost the $125. Well it would only allow me to take off $86 in rewards and I had to pay the difference, not sure why I couldn't use all $113. What annoys me is that I should have $39 in rewards left but nope I only had $8 with the the points from the purchase. Ulta is stealing rewards from it's customers. It's absolutely disgusting how I spend more than $1200 annually for them to steal rewards because of a weird point system. Called guest services and the guy raised his voice and acted like I was stupid. The supervisor Hazel was nice but told me I should have looked at the Q&A to find the information to better understand how the point system works. I should be able to trust that the point I am awarded are not stolen from me. They are mine and yet I don't have them now. For those that don't know make sure that you use more than the reward before tax to make sure you get them all because if you only use $50 you will possibly lose the rest of your points. Sorry it's their point system. Never again. You lost my business. I would rather go else where to spend my money.
