Dr Patrick staff is amazing but with each visit for crown work my bill escalated without any regards to the original quote. Clients should have the opportunity to accept or deny thousands of dollars instead of being presented with an escalated bill after services rendered. Front desk billing department was very unprofessional and communicates poorly when it relates to billing and unknown charges as it relates to original quotes.

I always receive excellent care. The staff is professional and friendly. If I have any problems or questions, they respond quickly.

My husband and I were new patients. The receptionist/billing person was so rude to my 75 year old husband on the phone and I was listening. He was confused because he thought he had an appointment in a couple weeks but received a text saying it was six months later. It did turn out that he had an appointment in a couple of weeks. He tried to be friendly from the beginning and even cracked a joke about being her morning wake up call (since he had called her the morning before as well). He tried to explain about his confusion regarding the appointment but she kept cutting him off and would not let him explain. I called her and politely told her that I didnt like the way she talked to my husband. I was actually trying to help her understand that she needed to listen to patients when they call rather than cut them off, but I was not able to finish a sentence either. Finally, she gave an angry apology and hung up on me. My husband went down there to cancel all his appointments and she got on the computer and said okay, cancelled. This was her chance to make things right but she didnt care. I have owned a business and have had employees and believe me she would have been fired. We will not be returning.
