Customer service is horrible...have been trying to get a sound system replaced for a month....still don't have it.

If i could give 0 stars i would. We bought a camera from them and was just not pleased with how it preformed. We went to return it and their return window is 14 days? It was day 15 and they were closed on the day we first went to return it due to a holiday. i understand why they were closed for the holiday but what i dont get is why they didnt help me out. the service employee said quote i hate to be insensitive but maybe you should have just planned this a little better and come earlier Not really how you should be treating your customers. i then was able to talk to a manager who also did not have a great attitude but finally i was able to get store credit after they said they couldnt do anything for me for a bit. so how does that make sense? but all in all best buy will not be getting any business from me after i use the store credit. and if you have to go to a different location cause the employees are awful.
