Things started well. Communication was good to get our business then totally dropped. Had to constantly request a date for fence installation and staining. Took a total of almost 8 months. Without us reaching out not sure if the work would have ever completed. Some of the boards shouldnt have been used. Stain job wasnt the best and part of our aluminum fencing has speckled spots of stain. Dont plan on using this company ever again in the future. Service: Privacy fence installation

Asked several times to come paint my fence. When they finally do come pain the fence, his worker paint my fence hardware!!!  Omg-so I had to go out there and try to tell people that don't speak English to get the paint off my fence hardware. The doors don't swing good and crap for labor. Definitely find another company.

We live in a new build neighborhood where the homes are close together. Our neighbor used this company for their privacy fence. When they came to stain it, they didnt put up any protection, and the dark brown stain splattered all over the side of our newly painted white brick house. It is all over the windows, which is why I noticed it initially. I have contacted Rick multiple times. When I first spoke with him, he asked if I had any paint in the garage to touch it up. I told him there was far to much pain on the side of the house to touch up and we had it professionally painted. I let him know we wanted to use the company that. painted it for us. He told me to get him the name of the company and he would take care of it. I got a quote from the company and sent him the quote and the contact info. I have contacted him every couple weeks since March. He tells me hes going to look into it that week and then no follow up. It was very unprofessional to not put up a barrier to protect our house while they sprayed the fence. I also am frustrated that its been three months and he has not scheduled with the company to paint the side of our house. The painters have reached out to me several times to see if were going to move forward with the painting job, so I know the painters are available. They have told me that Rick has not reached out to them. Very unprofessional.

My husband & I paid for a connecting fence with our neighbor in a new subdivision. After waiting weeks with no contact, they finally came and installed the fence in October. They said they'd be back in 2 weeks to stain the fence. They didn't. We called them so many times and always got "Oh sorry, you've gotta talk to Rick. I'll take your name & number and have him call you back." He never called us back. We've called at least 10 times, no telling how many times our neighbor called them. They randomly, no prior contact, showed up on Sunday, April 2nd and stained our neighbor's fence, coming in our gate to spray our side of the fence. We have 3 sides to our fence and they only stained the one our neighbor paid for. Unfortunately, my husband and I were not at home, so we couldnt say anything to them. Our neighbor told them they're supposed to stain our fence, but they acted like they didn't understand. We have called them twice since then, gotten no answer, then got the same runaround response (wait for Rick to call us). We are so annoyed, we're finding a different company to stain the fence. This company has been so unprofessional, not even giving us a courtesy call to let us know what is going on. Also the fence itself looks a bit rough in some places, there is a huge gap in one spot, at the bottom between us and our neighbor. There's also many gaps between panels to where we can see our neighbor through the fence. And this is a privacy fence. Service: Wood fence installation
