Hunter and Griffin were the best contractors to work with that we have experienced since we moved here 6 months ago. Their communication skills were impeccable as they let us know when they were coming and how long it would take. This is a first class outfit. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
The fence looks better than we expected as they were very meticulous. I have been in construction for 42 years and would hire them if I was not retired.

We were moving into a new house and need to coordinate the installation of the fence before we moved in, so that the dogs would be able to go out in the back yard by themselves (I am in a wheelchair). They got the aluminum fence in early to make sure that had it in time. We had a last-minute delay, and they were able to push out our start time by a few days.
Before we moved out of our old house, the gate was falling apart and one of the dogs got out. We emailed Huntsville Residential Fencing and that same day someone contacted us. They were currently on a job, so they came out the next day (they apologized that it took them so long). They sent out Theodore Williams and he put up a new gate the next day. The gate was so strong, that he could put all of his weight on it when the gate was opened 90 degrees.
When Hunter came to install the fence at the new house, he was attentive to layout the swing of the gate and the placement of the latches, to accommodate me being in a wheelchair. One complaint is that he cut off some of the bottom of the aluminum gate to get it to open (the yard slopped up hill and the gate hit the grass). I would rather have removed some dirt to allow the gate to open, instead of cutting it. Now there is a bit of a gap under the gate when it is closed. My 2nd complaint, and a big one, is that they left a bunch of debris in our yard (nails, a Sawzall blade, and the aluminum that was cut off). Our dogs could have hurt themselves on that debris. I wrote the owner an email letting him know we were not happy. Within 10 minutes he called my and apologized, and said that he has 2 Yorkies and he totally understands. He said he was pulling someone off of a job to come check the whole fence line and make sure all of the debris was cleaned up. That person was there within 30 to 40 minutes. He also found a few boards that were split, so they sent Theodore Williams out the next day to replace those boards.
While we did not have a perfect experience, they were very on the ball with their communication and making things right. One fence place we contacted for a quote, didnt even bother to get back with us. I would definitely hire Huntsville Residential Fencing again if I ever needed a new fence or fence repair.

Really appreciate the work Keon and Joe did with putting up a new fence and tearing down the old one. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends or family. They were really kind and caring towards my family and dogs while the job was getting done. Total professionals these guys are.
