My activity level was poor when I had my kids . Trying out F45 was challenging yet rewarding . The coaches were great in keeping up with my form . What is great is the workouts dont put me at risk for injury like CrossFit did for me. They are open for modifications and will help if needed. Great atmosphere and everyone is very supportive ! Ive lost 10lbs in a month.
