I attempted about a month ago to return this outdated product that was sold to me at the Winchester Commons Location. I had not tried to dispense any when I first bought it so had no idea It was dried up. When I came to ask to return or exchange it, I had not saved the receipt but would hav accepted a customer credit. I tested the other one in stock and it, too was outdated and dried up. The Manager , Ashley, was rude through the entire conversation and aggressive in her mannerisms. The owner of the store contacted me after three days of my constant calling. He promised I could return the product and get a free haircut. He said he would contact the store. So yesterday I made an attempt to return the product to the manager as per the owner. She refused and threatened to call the police on me. No notice was left about the free haircut, so I did not receive that either. I attempted to contact the owner, but, of course, Crickets. Bottom line. Do NOT buy products at GC without first checking expiration date and making sure it dispenses. I would rather chew off my right arm than to do business at the Winchester Commons Store as long as that manager is employed there. She has no business representing any company with her aggressive demeanor.
