DO NOT BOOK HERE !!! I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent cancellation of my reservation at your hotel, I made this reservation well in advance, relying on your hotel's commitment to honor confirmed bookings. However, receiving an exasperating phone call of the cancellation just 2hrs BEFORE my scheduled check-in has inconvenienced me greatly and disrupted my travel plans as I am driving 5 hours away. This sudden cancellation has left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Additionally, it has tarnished my perception of your hotel's reliability and customer service standards. I urge your team to implement better communication protocols and contingency plans to minimize the impact on guests.

WaterWalk is in a great location in Huntsville. It's close to shopping and many restaurants and short drives to the Space and Rocket Center as well as other notable places and businesses. The rooms are modern, clean, functional. Ours was like an efficiency apartment with a kitchen, good sized shower, and a washer and dryer in the closet. This hotel is also pet friendly! The staff was friendly, got us checked in and out quickly, and answered all questions. And the cost was very reasonable! We'll definitely look for a WaterWalk hotel the next time we travel.

I had the extreme pleasure of staying at WaterWalk Huntsville last week and before I even arrived the customer service was above and beyond. I had a small issue booking through my travel agency so I called the hotel directly and Paula took care of me and then some. Upon arrival I found a complimentary cappuccino machine in the lobby, a beautiful fenced-in courtyard with grills and bountiful outdoor seating, oversized towels in the bathrooms, and complimentary laundry and dishwashing detergent for use during my stay. Literally cannot think of one thing I couldve wanted that I didnt have. Government rate rooms? Pet-friendly? Washer and dryer in every room? Dishwasher and all the kitchenware I could want? Outdoor amenities? Convenient but somehow still quiet location? Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff? This hotel is brand new but they really knocked it out of the park - I already bragged about it to my coworkers and made them jealous they didnt stay there for our trip. Needless to say, well all be staying there for the next round!
