        The manager would not honor the rate that I booked online. He proceeded to yell at me on the phone. If I didn't have my children who were exhausted late at night, I would have left.

        Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Facility was clean and smelled good. Front desk staff very friendly.. But... the lighting is awful. You can barely see in the bathrooms and the entire building must be on power save. Not even lights on in pool area. If you like dim lighting, it's perfect. The bed has little throw pillows instead of regular pillows. The toilets are 10" off the floor so if you're tall, good luck. The bathroom in the lobby is out of order. Breakfast was ok. The room fridge is very noisy and makes clunking sounds whenever it runs. Good water pressure in shower.

        Came down for a school trip from Atlanta, the atmosphere was very good. The staff was very welcoming and friendly the students felt at ease inside the hotel. I will definitely look at this hotel for future visits.
