First time visiting and it was very nice, I felt safe here. The staff was more than helpful regarding the city (Valerie I think, she wears clear framed glasses). The breakfast was as expected when its a cold bar breakfast. Definitely will book here upon returning.
Rooms: Dont forget to request dishes if you need some.
Safety: Cameras along the walk way and the parking lot is lit up at night.

My overall stay was a good experience. All the staff were professional and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was lack of hot water in morning.

Used this hotel for chaperones on a school trip. First room had a broken thermostat and a cracked sink. The replacement room had a short in overhead light, moldy shower and large stains in the carpet. This hotel does not seem to be maintained very well. Had a sick student and their room key card did not work to get in and do a wellness check because the key card reader was out of batteries. You can hear the neighbors alarm and tv because the walls are like tissue paper. Worst experience ever with the rooms themselves. The staff were nice though. You cannot walk to anywhere from the hotel because it is next to a busy road with no lights or crosswalks.

This was one of the dirtier hotels I have stayed at, and I travel a lot for work. The sheets were clean and the counters wiped down but that was it, I dont think the room had been vacuumed in a while. I was pretty grossed out when I tried to use the coffee maker in the room and found mold growing in it.
