Kristin is phenomenal! Not only Kristin but our adjuster, Allison, and all of the team at Alfa. They truly care about their customers and my only regret is that I didn't swap to Alfa sooner. After having Nationwide, AllState and State Farm over the years, none of them can compare to the customer service we have received by Alfa. I chose Alfa for both my home and auto insurance and I feel like we can't go wrong with them. Definitely give Kristin a call, you won't be disappointed!

I have been with alpha insurance for around 15 years. It helps because you get the loyalty discount. Plus if you have your home and your car is on the same insurance you get even more discounts. every time I contact them I've had friendly reactions and they've helped me resolve any problems that I've needed

I've been with this office for many years with coverage including home owners, renters, life, and many (4 kids) cars. They've been proactive in making sure my insurance is up to date. We just recently had to file an auto claim and the adjuster made it painless. He was very responsive and took care of us quickly.

I cannot say enough "GREAT" things about this ALFA office and all of the Agents and Representatives. Normally, most of us are running wide open every day to handle our busy lives. It is so comforting to have the ladies like Cari, Susan, Misti, and Kristin take care of all my insurance needs in such a timely, professional, and thorough manner. As opposed to mailing my bill in each month, I go into the office just so I can see all of them. They handle all my Auto, Home, and other type insurances without a glitch ever. I can also have discussions with them about any concerns with any type insurance. They have always offered great guidance and suggestions to me to handle any situation. They are very open to communication and assistance via Office Visit, Email, or Phone Call. Very easy, very satisfying, and just gives you that feeling of comfort and trust when working with them. I love them all and will continue my business with them.
