        Only good if you don't need to use them. I had a car accident where the other driver was at fault and no one answers any questions or calls you back. I tried getting a hold of other reps and they are extremely rude. Their voicemails say one business day and I've left 3 voicemails and haven't received a call back yet. Will be switching as soon as this claim is finished if I ever get a hold of someone.

        One of Progressive clients caused an accident (Her fault) 14 months ago and I have yet to receive payment for the diminished value of my Lexus RXL. A offer of $4000 is less than half of what it should be for a $62,000+ vehicle. According to a site online weighing many factors it should be $9100+. I have left several messages on the adjuster's (Ethan Richards) phone during working hours and he will not return my call. I would never suggest choosing Progressive vehicle insurance.

        The absolute worse insurance you can possibly get. For 3 months Ive had to pay on a totaled vehicle because progressive continues to lie, have no communication with ANYONE, and refuses to do their job. Ive had to do their job basically through the entire process. So if you wish to do their job on top of your own responsibility this is the perfect insurance company for you, otherwise stay far away from them.
