        Internet has been down since March 15th, and they are not sending someone out to assist until March 30th. I work from home and cannot be without internet. Completely unhelpful over the phone, and provided no alternatives to assist.

        I would never recommend this service to anyone. Tech support is India, good luck understanding them. Responsiveness is the worst I have ever seen in my 65 years of life. And I have lived here 36 years and its been this way ever since I started using them. I would switch but they are my only choice.

        The cost kept going up and I felt like it was too expensive for what I was getting. I have been a customer for over 30 years. On Dec. 27, 2023 I cancelled my service with them.
