        We visited T-mobile on Winchester this morning to transfer data from my old phone to my new one. Carmella was so helpful and patient with me. I'm a senior "wisdom" person! However, it was time consuming for her, but she took in stride. I was so impressed!!

        The service I received was informational, welcoming, and cheerful. Each employee was very kind! They printed out all the information that i wanted to read, they thoroughly explained everything i needed to know, and help me with a solution to every problem I had. I had such great customer service that I remember everybodys name that talked to me that today! This the ABSOLUTE BEST customer experience ive ever had from the entire company of T Mobile! I really appreciate yall!
