Truly amazing people...I couldn't have picked a better doctor. He truly couldn't have picked a better team....every single person that works there is truly AMAZING...the talks hugs and genuine compassion they show u will definitely make u feel like family... They really care about u here...its so easy to talk to Dr. Pukis ...nurses and staff oh my God I love love love...u guys r stuck with me..lol.. Thank yall so much

I was dismissed from here 1.5 years ago. After 7 shoulder surgeries and studies to cure a fatal case of epilepsy, I wouldnt reduce one of my seizure meds in order to keep my pain medication. Neurologist orders. I asked to have a testicle looked at due to serious cancer concerns/family history. It NEVER was addressed. 6 months minimum i mentioned it. Even smirked/grinned about it, and now it has worsened along with my spine and overall quality of life. No doctor, no money. Was there ten years..been in with screws in my skull after week long epilepsy monitorings..mid 30s..be careful who you think cares. I was called 'combative' over the telephone after saying 'my shoulder felt so neglected' and requesting MRI. Not a good place for a family setting or true health care and my experience will haunt me forever. I heard talk of my personal health amongst the community.. like at the aquatic center. A female lifeguard knew about my testicle concerns in detail..cant go there...0 if i could. I was done terrible, he knew it would have a bad impact on me. Told me i need my heart checked at last appointment but no referral even. On my birthday lol. What a goodbye.. shoulder ruined..popping moved into my cortex..slowly heading to paralysis if i dont have my arm fixed into position. That may give you a nice grin and laugh. I tried to call and couldnt even get a reason for dismissal. The god nurse of the office is who dismissed me via phone. Was always kind to them. Even ordered lunch many times. No appointment was over 3 minutes Max. Head nods, then refill, then dismissed to rot. Never tested but once or twice..however at the last few appointments my medical files had mention of cannabis usage (as if he was unaware..my epilepsy). Reputation over health...hed rather look better Than hold his medical oath it seems. My neuro found this hilarious as he was well aware i was fighting seizures.

great staff, great doctor! they actually listened to me and cared about my issues. I am very glad I heard about them through my patients at work. also an lgbt friendly place for those looking for one :)

If you need doctor this is not place to go. Especially if need help in urgency and I was. One of founders insisted on referal, they got it. It's even reflected on my insurance page. However when I called two times I was told Im not on referal list. At the same time I was told by patient she was accepted with no referal,no insurance, ok, I'm fine.. But apparently they have some special list of accepted patients. Definitely not trusting practice.
