Rainscapes

My experience with Ms. Tiffany from Rainscapes was great. A text was sent to me with her photo prior to her timely arrival. I like that the security aspect is important to Rainscapes. Ms. Tiffany was professional, and answered all of my questions re the winterization process, sprinkler head issues, and what to expect in the spring. Thank you Ms. Tiffany, and Rainscapes.

The tech overall was very nice and did his job well. However, he was 40 minutes late and didnt call to update me. I had to call to find out where he was. We asked him to re-secure the control box to the wall and he said no and that hed do it in the spring. He also started smoking in our yard, which I feel is unprofessional.
