        Ive spoken with a lot of people over the phone and always had a pleasant experience. When I called to close out my account, I got Marsha on the phone and because I asked for my payment history she seemed as if she didnt want to give me that. As if she had something to hide. I had to pause and ask her to change her tone, She said its just the way she talks.

        I find their interest on the pay back very low and they do monthly payments. No penalties for early pay back. They are straight forward. When all others would give me a chance 1st Franklin Financial did. Mr. Jude Owens was very polite and whatever questions I had, he answered with no problem. But the other team members are great as well. Thank you all
