Go without or beg and barrow before you get a loan from this company! I was lied to immediately and told i could make online payments towards the principal of my loan and i made several double payments in an attempt to pay my loan off faster before i noticed that a majority of the money i was paying was going towards the interest even tho i had already made my scheduled payment, when i contacted the company i was told that there was nothing that could be done

This has been the worst auto loan experience I've ever had. They recently tried to authorize a debit card payment although I've never authorized my debit card information to be kept on file. I input the information manually every month because I don't feel comfortable with this company keeping my banking information. This was after a double-payment was made from my personal bank, as well as manually on their website. The double-payment was my fault; however, the manager was horrid to deal with, and when he said that there was absolutely nothing they could do to return my ACH payment (hmm... they were able to run my bank card, but they couldn't return an ACH payment like my bank suggested they do?), the manager talked down to me and said, "Lady, you're just mad because you paid us twice." By the time the double-payment was rectified by my bank, PFS had charged me with a return check fee (I never pay by check - it was an e-check from my bank). Extremely unprofessional. Look elsewhere for a loan if possible.
