Visiting with a membership in another state and called for a facial. Brittney was ready, she had already pulled up my record, and knew exactly what is used for my facials. Her facial was excellent. I was amazed when she said she'd been there only 2 years. Brittney is a real pro already.

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST! DO NOT JOIN THEIR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM IT IS A SCAM! They are impossible to schedule with, you have to call every month to book 2 months in advance, there is no way to get in in less time or book further in advance. And then even after all that they will CANCEL and never reschedule, or CHANGE your appointment without even taking to you, and then LIE about it when you confront them! They have added fee after fee after fee since I joined, and increased prices, to where there is no financial advantage to using them at all, unless you book more than one service a month, which they don't want you to do; the manager told me herself she doesn't like for customers to book two services a month even though that is the only way there is any financial benefit to this program. DO NOT JOIN!!! Edited 12/4 to add: yet another appointment cancelled, another employee leaving, unable to reschedule of course. Must be as miserable too with there as it is to be a member they have such a high turn over rare. Asked to have Manager call last cancellation when I posted this review a month ago, of course they never bothered. Update 12/30: just cancelled my appointment in early Jan as well. 5th cancellation for the year. Another therapist must have gotten fed up with their chronic office dysfunction. Of course can't be rescheduled in Jan or even Feb. At least now they're allowing bookings further out, so I can have a appointments cancelled that have been on the books for 4 months instead of just 2 I guess . Still no word from the manager.

Worst business run in Huntsville. Spent a lot of money here and the rude staff in the phone and lack of customer care / scheduling / postponing appointments that we waited for for months. Ridiculous. Never go here again!
