        David took great care of us. He was up front about the challenges in the current market, as well as popular steps people were taking to make their offers more attractive, but that he recommended against because of problems they might cause us down the road. In a tight market, he won't get you into a home the fastest because of the inadvisable shortcuts that requires. But the home he does get you into will be a quality one, and with terms that won't come back to bite you. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
