Heidi is hands down a superstar!!!! I cannot speak for the reviews of others but she has made the funding and loan process easy from start to finish and as a person that was out of state I can't think of anything more that I would have added to the process or would have benefited by being locally available Heidi was always forthcoming with information very clear with expectation.s and always provided what she promised.

Worst company to deal with all time. Was never notified that my loan had been purchased and then was hit with late payments and I had to reach out to them to make a payment and come current but it negatively dropped my credit 200 points and they refuse to do anything to help get that removed from my credit. Absolutely the worst experience overall! Andrew on the phone was no help and couldnt do anything to help and had no answers besides sorry we cant do anything for you.

This company's lack of communication between different departments is ridiculous!!! I acquired a renovation loan to fix up my property that I purchased. After completion, I wanted to refinance the property. Upon getting a new appraisal, I had to pay out-of-pocket $550.00 to install back porch railing & a PVR tube on the water heater; however, this cost could have come from contingency funds while the property was under construction. PHL never said anything about a "health & safety issue" until I refinanced so I'm wondering how it ever passed inspections during 14 months of construction?! Not only did they cost me money but they are super slow in processing paperwork & making decisions! Constantly asking me for more letters of explanations because their departments don't share information amongst each other! I'm soooo happy that I'm about to divorce them and never give PHL another penny of my on-time payments!!!

Each representative tells you something different. Loan is in my husband's name and it's on a repayment plan after a rough month out of work. They'll only let it be payed by phone until it's current. I was reassured in the beginning I can make it myself but some take it from me no problem, others make it a hassle. I can't tell if it's poor training, communication, or management, but never have I ever had to fight so hard for a company to take payment.

Loan officer was very courteous & very helpful during the whole process of my loan. She went over & beyond. I highly recommend this company!
