My experience was AMAZING!!! Khrista Dees and Darius James were very "hands on" in walking me through the steps to home ownership. They made me feel like I was a priority from day one. Darius! Darius! Darius!!!!! Thanks to Darius we were able to purchase our first investment property. The man is amazing. First off, I have never dealt with a mortgage broker that is so responsive. Right from the start he was really open about what the closing costs would be. From his side, he hit the exact number that he said. I absolutely loved this. There was no negotiation. He gave us three options and we chose what worked best from us. He didn't push us for higher fee options. After we started with him, he just continually kept us up to date on what was needed and where things were. He worked closely with our realtor and just made the entire process so easy. Everything was ready two weeks before closing dates, so that is my one complaint was that I didn't have anything to do for two weeks... :-) jk. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Darius. He is set to work in Alabama and Colorado, so use him. You will not be disappointed.

Darius James and his family are thieves and liars. They stole from my family and do not fulfill their personal commitments and obligations. Darius should not be trusted to handle any financial transactions as he is a dishonest criminal
