PNC Mortgage

I see why you guys have such a low rating! DO NOT GO HERE WITH A CARD THAT ISNT PNC!!! As a matter of fact, JUST DONT GO HERE! Their atm shredded my debit card because it wasn't a PNC card. At least that was the only bit of info the teller could give me as to why the atm held my card. WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT MONEY UNTIL A NEW CARD GETS HERE?! But I guess that isn't yalls problem

Easily the worst bank Ive ever had to work with. Ive been trying to speak with someone at this branch for a week and no one ever answers the phone. Eventually the call will just go dead. Their corporate office is no better. They definitely have the business model make everything overly difficult and the customer give up.

This place is horrid. They never answer the phone, when i go into the bank they are rude, stuck up.

This place has gone down hill since the switch. They inconvenience you as much as possible to make you only use online interaction. I just want to deposit a check and am sitting here 15mins later still waiting .

I stood in line for 45 minutes. Only one Teller. On a Friday. Two people in offices, one scrolling on her phone. The other just sitting and looking. This is ridiculous!
