Color Me Mine

The website advertised Ladies Nights as Tuesdays and Thursdays, and that parties of 7 or more would be considered private events. Imagine youre there enjoying yourself on a said Ladies Night, when the studio gets overwhelmed by a visit from a Brownie Troop of probably at least 20 moms, girls, and some toddlers. The acoustics were already bad, but with the arrival of this group it was just pure shrieking and noise. There was nothing relaxing about that. Please keep the childrens events separate from adult events. You had to have known this group was coming and you could have deferred them to another time. Overall, this space could use some reconfiguration for a better flow of products, people and processes. It was a bit chaotic and confusing.

Emailed them to let them know their hours were wrong on Google after I drove all the way there when they were closed, and got the most disrespectful response from the OWNER OF THE BUSINESS!! All from just letting them know their hours were wrong? I said your hours on Google are incorrect. Just drove all the way there for it to be closed. Very frustrating and for the response I cant control whats on google. My website and doors hours are correct. I suggest you check the Color Me Mine Huntsville official website. We close at 9:00 and Sunday at 6:00 pm. You put yourself on Google. You can control your hours . Your hours are wrong on Facebook too. I would think as a business owner you would be concerned with customers knowing your correct hours so they dont waste their time showing up when youre not open. And most people check Google hour, not go to the website. But youre more than capable of updating your hours if you cared enough about your customers, which you clearly dont. HOURS ARE STILL WRONG BTW. Beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back myself. The experience itself was subpar anyway, never offered more paint and constantly waiting. Also never got a text that my pottery was ready. Treat your customers with some respect! All of your bad reviews on Google and FB talk about how rude you and your staff are. Maybe theres a trend for a reason I wasnt rude to you, I let you know your hours were wrong and other customers might experience the same issue if they go WHEN YOURE CLOSED. Clearly you dont care about the customer experience or just being a kind person in general. And YOU PUT YOURSELF ON GOOGLE SO YOU CAN UPDATE YOUR HOURS.
