I got recommendation from my friend to go to this office for immigration service and didnt realize that this law office is about accident and injury services. So, i stupidly have sent 8 people total . At First , they acted so nice and i believed what they promise for these innocent immigrants . After 4 months , they have not done anything and one of these immigrants have received the deport letter from the USCIS . We sat down to discuss about the problems but all the said because of the borders issues . So, We asked for the money back for my people and the lawyer refused to return although they have done anything for my people . After the discussion, we hopefully think the lawyer will seriously take care of these immigrants as he promise again and we had paid in full for these contracts . 2 weeks later , Veronica had sent us a message about she already did the appeal for the deport immigrant but she didnt . When we talked to her she said she didnt know , she just said what she is told by the people in the office . And they also lied to us about the time for the appeal too, we only have 30 days for the appeal while they told us we had 3 months . Then, we came to office and directed all the mistakes and their lack of the knowledge about immigration law for the money back, Mark( the lawyer) cursed on us and said dont play kinda game with him with non refundable Mark , we have spent over 11k for your non services and you guys said we are playing game with you . Please don't do any kind immigration services while you know nothing about it And dont take money from poor immigrants, they have nothing thats why they come to you for helps and hope I hope after you read my review, your human inside you will feel something If not, I understand because i already witness twice Everyone, please consider more than twice before thinking getting service from this poor knowledge law office !

Take care of your customers like you say. This service is so bad. Before coming to your office, I was deceived about the good reviews. They do not care about customers, let customers wait for a long time and process documents incorrectly. Let your customers know if you don't have enough knowledge about immigration law, don't take their money when you don't do anything to help them, they are pitiful people
