Been with this company for a while and they are great! Today a new Tech came out, Jake Evans was excellent and we hope to have him as our tech moving forward. I recommend this company! Service: Ant extermination

They keep raising the rates, but offer no better services. You would think they could throw the customer a "bone" and go under the house at least every other year to check for termites. I cannot afford to "get on a plan" when I don't have termites. The plan is expensive you may NEVER get termites. If you live on SS, you gotta ask this question. Service: Termite inspection

There should be an option for negative stars. First thing the technician said when he walked in was "You people brought in the roaches", not knowing anything about the place. Then he went through everything in the drawers and fridge saying how much he hated some of the produce we had, "Ewww peppers. Who eats that stuff!" And top it off with the classic "I've been doing this for over twenty years!" when we disagree with his baseless accusations. If you ever get someone named Tim from Ortex, ask him to get the heck off of your property. Or better yet just don't use Ortex
