I recently had breast reduction surgery January 10, 2024.. My first consultation was the end of November and by the third week of December they had my insurance approval and surgery scheduled by January 10, 2024.. I didnt have to do anything, they took care of everything.. To say Im pleased with my post surgery results is an understatement.. My only complaint is that I didnt do it sooner.. Im 100% satisfied with the way they look.. I had no idea they would look this good.. The staff is awesome and has been very attentive to my needs.. Very friendly and make you feel comfortable.. I recommend anyone needing any kind of cosmetic surgery done to use Dr. Knowling and staff, they will not disappoint

I always check reviews before signing on with a physician, just to see other perspectives. But let me say, if you see anything derogatory about this office, please do not let it sway you. I have never had a better experience than I did today. My first time there, from the front door to the exit, I was treated with respect and kindness, patience and compassion. Seeking plastic surgery is often embarrassing but not with these guys. Im a nurse and have been for over 30 years and have encountered many physicians and their staff. But this one was beyond my expectations. So kind, listened, explained, made me feel important and addressed my concerns with utmost professionalism. His receptionist was amazing and his nurse practitioner was phenomenal!! If you are even thinking about cosmetic surgery, please, please do not hesitate to see Dr. Knowling, his nurse practitioner, and his staff. I drove over an hour but after that experience, Id easily driven 4! Call them today!
