I cannot recommend Kelsey and the team at Heritage Partners highly enough!! This was our first time buying a home, and we could not have asked for a more competent and wonderful team. Heritage Partners were really committed to helping us find our dream house, and Kelsey did a great job honing in on our tastes, showing us great contenders, and sharing her expertise about what details to pay attention to. Our search took a few months since we were looking for something really specific, and Kelsey's enthusiasm and patience were essential to us finding what we wanted! Once we did find a house we loved, Kelsey was super helpful in guiding us through the offer process, which made it so much less stressful. And once our offer was accepted, Becky on the closing team was an absolute dream, sending us detailed directions for all the next steps and answering all 1 million of our questions quickly and graciously. I will absolutely be using Kelsey and Heritage Partners for all my real estate needs going forward, and I highly recommend others do the same!

My broker Kelsey Zwack and the Keller Williams Realty team went above and beyond to get me through the process of selling my home. Kelsey helped me go through my options and recommended some great helpers to prepare the house for sale. Every time I thought I was bothering her with some stupid questions and scenarios she was patient and kind and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Kelsey made it easy for me and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the results. I can't praise her enough and am so glad a friend recommended her to me.

Kelsey is the absolute best realtor in the area. Having worked with a half dozen or so across multiple sales and purchases, it's not even a close contest between the service Kelsey provides and what your average realtor is going to do. The rest of the team, Becky and Linda, are also amazing and you will never have to worry about a thing with these three taking care of you during your sale or purchase.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Kelsey Zwack at Heritage Partners. Not only did she find us our dream home of a mid-century modern "atomic ranch" in the Huntsville Area, she worked around the clock to help us pull together a competitive offer. When we were originally told that the owner had accepted another offer, Kelsey shared our frustration, but worked with us to put in a compelling back-up offer for the seller. With her skill, and a little luck, the original buyer got cold feet and the home owner was motivated to sell us the house! If you want a relator who you feel like is 100% in your corner and is there to get the best for you, you can't go wrong with Kelsey. Kelsey also made selling our previous house a breeze. From knowing reputable contractors and tradesmen that do quality work, to talking us through the details of staging and hosting an open house, Kelsey was an invaluable resource. Thanks to her help, we were able to get multiple offers above our listed price the first three days the home was on the market. While we think we've found our "forever home", we wouldn't buy a house with anyone else!
