Chandas level of expertise is what drew me to the class, but the level in which she cares for her students encouraged me to keep going! It is because of Chanda at Superior School of Real Estate that I was able to pass my Alabama Real Estate exam the FIRST TIME! Shes dedicated to her students and shes driven and committed to her craft! You sometimes meet people and you can immediately tell that they dont enjoy it and/or they just want your money. However, Chanda is in a league of her own! Chandas adaptable teaching style allows her to reach all types of people from all walks of life! I HIGHLY recommend Chanda Davis at Superior School of Real Estate. You wont be disappointed!!!

Quite literally the best real estate post license course it there! Instructor Dawn Ward was amazing and engaging. She made the information practical for real world application. Definitely worth every penny!

This class prepared me for the Alabama Real Estate. Chanda goes above and beyond with her students. She breaks the material down in a way so its easy to understand. Im so glad that I choose her to be my teacher. I highly recommend SSRE.

After scheduling conflicts with classes in Birmingham, my brother-in-law told me about this amazing post-license. Only problem, it was an 1.5 hours away, located in Huntsville. However, Im so glad I did it, my instructor Dawn made the class so interesting and fun. Best decision EVER!!!
