        The staff was very professional and kind. The unit was very clean and accessible. And the whole experience was very easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend iStorage in south Huntsville. I would give more stars if I could.

        If you cancel your contract before you move in, you need to make sure you have proof of cancellation before leaving or hanging up. I believed them when I was told that I would be emailed the proof and forgot about it. That mistake ended up costing me almost $500. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
