I've shopped here for many years since it's close by. The store itself is always clean and items are easy to find. I would rate 4, maybe 5 stars, but there are two major issues I have with this location. 1) The employees at this Publix are consistently some of the most unfriendly and uninterested Publix employees I've seen. They rarely greet customers with a smile, offer to help them with carts, or do anything more than mumble how much the groceries cost. It's not really the kind of customer service that I expect from Publix. During my last grocery trip I didn't see a single attempt at a friendly greeting from an employee. I could just feel how much they would rather have been doing anything else than helping me. I get it's not the most fun job ever, but it comes across as unprofessional to just stare at customers with a blank face all day. 2) The second star off comes from the times I ordered anything from the deli that was late or not made to order (which was pretty much every time). I gave up ordering from the deli when they made me wait for an hour for one sandwich a few months ago. It's probably still better than the average grocery store in the area, but by Publix standards, this is a sub-par Publix location, as the management doesn't seem to hold very high expectations of the employees here compared to other locations.
