I was quoted over $200 for a few name plates to be added to a trophy. Another trophy shot did the same job for $24. I was lucky I asked for a second opinion. They quoted a $4 charge for each screw drilled into the trophy to hold each name plate on, which is ridiculous.

DISHONEST customer service. After paying $100 for a trophy in 2011 that would have to have names added year after year, I was promised IN-WRITING, that future name plates would cost $6 for the lifetime of the trophy. In 2018, it was difficult to convince them to honor that promise (that was presented to them in-writing). In 2019, the price could not be negotiated below $10, again despite the in-writing promise. This year (2020), the price was $16 for the simple 2.5-inch nameplate, again despite the in-writing promise. I hate to give a small business a bad review, but customer service is supposed to set them apart. I will not be returning to this store in the future.
