        If I could rate them 0 starts I would. Customer service is horrible. I was on hold for over 15 mins to get hung up on after they picked up. Called again because I thought it was a mistake but they hung up again while I was taking. I heard the phone hang up.

        Do not take your animals here. The wellness plan isn't worth it. They charge more than emergency vet prices and then give you a "discount". Even the workers don't use this place. They have WAY too many patients and not enough doctors. This is the fault of the corporation, but the vets don't get off the hook either. It's ran like an assembly line and they do not spend time with your animal if there are issues. They will let your animal sit in the back for 8+ hours and decide to let them come home all because it's "late in the day" and the Dr wants to leave. Their negligence has killed pets. Take your fur babies elsewhere
