        My regular stylist Amber Harris is gone and nobody said where she is . The lady cut my hair and she was new to me and did it terrible.

        Asked for a low fade, showed the lady where I wanted it, explained how I wanted it to look at the end. Could not follow simple instructions, I left with a high and tight. Genuinely unhappy that she didn't listen to what I asked for.

        The app allows me to check in before I get there, so if there's a longer wait I can check in while I'm on the way or take some time to shop. The employees in general are friendly and it's rare to get a bad haircut.
