Never have I walked into any parts store and never been greeted and asked what I was looking. Thats not my main issue as Im introverted and would rather look myself before I ask someone. I didnt find exactly what I was looking for, even though it said it was in stock online, but I did find something similar and cheaper anyway. I walk up to the counter and wait about 5-6 minutes and its almost like nobody is even there. I walk over to the online order pickup area and see a guy sitting behind the counter on his phone. I clear my throat trying to get his attentionnothing, doesnt look up. I then notice 2 more people behind the online order shelving also on their phones watching what sounded like a movie or something. I finally had enough and set the can of lubricant down on the counter that I was going to buy and walked out. I then expected the thud from the can to cause someone to walk up there as I walked out in frustration but still nothing until 5 minutes of me writing this review in my car outside the store an employee walks out for a smoke break. With the lack of attention from the workers, its like anyone could walk in there, grab what they wanted and walked out without paying and none of them would ever know.
