      Hi Victoria, we sincerely apologize that you did not receive a reply. Our salon owner has been out for several weeks and the load on the staff has of course increased. I am not sure how you messaged the salon, but if you are on Facebook and able to resend that request through our page, I will do everything I can to get you an answer ASAP. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
