Another fantastic visit. I'm almost sorry I only get to visit the office twice a year! The staff here is as friendly as they are efficient. The hygienists are personable and professional. And Dr Rousseau is still the best at what he does. I can't recommend this office enough if you are interested in a new or better dental experience.

Everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable on brushing and flossing and dental work. My husband and I have gone to see dr. Rousseau for the past eleven years and highly recommend he, his brother and entire staff.

I specifically sought out a dentist that specializes in sedation dentistry and was initially pleased that they got me in quickly for 2 teeth that were broken under the gum line. I have severe diagnosed anxiety and especially when it comes to dental work. At my initial visit they took xrays explained my care plan and I was then scheduled to come back in for the extractions. I felt I was pretty clear that I required sedation, they even explained the nitrous was an additional charge. No problem. I arrived for my procedure this morning and once we got in the chair I mentioned multiple times that I wanted to be sedated. I was shaking and sweating profusely. They did not sedate me and after the procedure was finished I was instructed to "take Tylenol" and was sent home with a small stack of gauze. Not even the typical mouthwash they send you home with after dental surgery. I really wanted to start my journey towards a full smile makeover with this office but I feel like I was not heard and that Tylenol just isn't enough. If I wasn't in unbearable pain I wouldn't have sought out the procedure in the first place. They were nice enough, fast service, clean facility, but if the care plan that was setup at the initial visit specifically stated sedation I'm not sure how that was just overlooked after I mentioned it multiple times. Maybe it's just me. But if you go be very clear in what your expectations are. Don't be a coward like me and just let them continue the procedure if you aren't comfortable.
