Alfa Insurance

I was not going to leave a review until Robyn or Robin called me in the middle of the day to have a nasty attitude and hang up the phone? Very unprofessional. Still unclear as to why that happened. Do not recommend this office or Jennifer Dahke. Nothing has gone right since registering insurance with this office. Switching Alfa agents immediately.

Jennifer is very patient and will give you quotes with many different options. She has quoted auto insurance for me several times and never complained about giving me a new quote with different deductibles. Alfa has also been good about paying claims. I would recommend Jennifer and Alfa.

Jennifer is amazing! She is quick to answer any questions I might have and has any information I need at her fingertips. When I leave a message she gets back to me in a very timely manner. All this professionalism rolled up in the sweetest personality you will ever encounter. I can't say enough good things about Jennifer.

Jennifer is absolutely a blessing to our farm, business, and family! She goes above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. Since we have so many "not the norm" scenarios she does her best to research and provide us the greatest policies and plans, all the while keeping our finances in mind. She makes the insurance "hassle" a pleasant experience. I highly recommend using her as your agent!
