      image My agent was Alex. I don't know Alex's last name because I felt like that the kind of experience getting my business insurance was like we were on a first name bases. If you've had to shop around the the red tape of the business world these type ppl that Alex was makes it so simple and easy to understand as well as making me feel .....well....insured and having one less worry about is a peace of mind I was not able to get anywhere else. If I could have given more stars I would have. So Professional that I know these guys have my back. Just exactly what I was looking for

      image Theyre an insurance company . Terrible communication. Heartless responses. Doesnt matter if the mistake is theirs or notthey are an insurance company. Not family. Not friends. The bottom line is all that matters to them. A means to an end and nothing more.

      Vonda, I am sorry for your frustration over your bill. I have reviewed the communication from my team and you, and found our interactions to be friendly, detailed, prompt, and empathetic. I know you had frustration over a higher bill, that was due to a prior bill’s returned payment and your current payment resulting in two months owed. You mentioned in your email that you do not frequently check your mail and emails, and missed the communications about your billing at that time. I understand life can get busy, but your frustration seems to be more over the results of your bill rather than our team.
